Prison for sending nude photos to students
A Missouri teacher received a 4-year prison sentence for sending nude photos of herself to three of her students.
Emily Edson, 39, forwarded the explicit photos to three 13-year-old teens, the New York Post reports. She allegedly even tried to bribe one of the students by texting so they could have sex.
Ms Edson pleaded guilty Thursday to three charges of sexual misconduct against a minor and one charge of indecency against a minor.
In return for his guilty plea, more serious charges of child pornography and sexual seduction were dropped by the court.
The agreement reached ensures that Emily Edson's sentence will be for a maximum of 4 years.
The allegations occurred from May 2017 to February 2019.
