Death Stranding Director's Cut is only available on PS5

At the Summer Game Fest, right before the E3 2021, Hideo Kojima announced a more complete release of his latest game: Death Stranding. This should be an exclusive edition of the PlayStation 5 when its release.

After a remarkable finish on PS4, the most mysterious Death Stranding got a PC version a few months later. So, at the time the Director's Cut was formalized, we could have thought that it was going to land on these two supports simultaneously. But if we believe in the US ESRB rating body, it will not necessarily be the case.

The PS5 players will be the first to be served

Right now we don't know anything about the content that will be added to this Director's Cut. The basic game is expected to benefit from graphic and technological improvements thanks to its move onto the new generation console of the Japanese manufacturer. It remains to be seen whether new chapters in Sam Bridges' history will also be offered.
