It's with surprise that Mario Kart Live Home Circuit players lit their Nintendo Switch on July 1 and saw an update that hadn't been announced beforehand. Indeed, it seems that Nintendo has wanted to stay surprised about this update, which is not only a fix patch.

It's the update 1.1.0 that brings with it the brand new Mario Cup. If you succeed in completing it, then you will have access to several customization items for your shopping, such as new doors, as well as new environments. Moreover, the upgrade brings the kart items "Super Yoshi" and "Klaxon Yoshi" which may be unlocked in the Mario Cup also.

Mario Kart Live Home Circuit, from which you can read our evaluation, is a car racing game which uses the increased reality to allow you to play in your own environment. The game is supplied with all kinds of elements, including markings to delineate the race, as well as a vehicle that will be driven away using your Nintendo Switch.

It is a game that is intended far simpler and richer than its fully digital Mario Kart 8 Deluxe counterpart, but which is also fully customizable and with an equally present multi-player component. Indeed, you may play up to four players and race like the car can be customized according to your wishes.
