With their second victory in Georgia, Democrats win control of the Senate

Democrats secured control of the U.S. Senate on Wednesday after Jon Ossoff's victory in Georgia's crucial second Senate race over Republican David Perdue, according to ABC, CBS and NBC.

This new victory, following that of Democrat Raphael Warnock in Georgia's other senate, and the control of the House of Representatives ensures President-elect Joe Biden has all the levers of power in Washington.
